1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using The Third Corner platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products and Pricing
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice. Prices are listed in Ghanaian Cedi (GHS) and are subject to change. Per-branch pricing may apply.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed upon successful payment via card, mobile money, or cash. For cash orders, stock is reserved for a limited period. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
4. Delivery and Pickup
Delivery is available within designated areas. Branch pickup requires order confirmation. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary.
5. Warranty
Products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, or unauthorized repairs.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Third Corner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
